TYCA Contracting was planted over 30 years ago, my father owned a painting contracting company for over 35 years in South Florida, and multiple investment properties growing up, my brothers and I spent a lot of time with my father in the field and fixing the rental properties puttying nail holes, ripping out carpet, scraping linoleum flooring, painting, fixing cabinets. Construction has always been my future.

 

With over 20 years of experience, working for custom home builders, realtors, architects and general contractors, I have developed productive communication between the client, the architect, and the contractor. My experience has allowed me to enter situations I was presented with, without hesitation familiar or not, and communicate the problems and solutions clearly to each party.

TYCA Contracting is a women owned and operated Certified Building Construction Company. I personally am involved with every aspect of my construction projects, from interior design consultant to schematic drawings or ideas, estimates, permitting, city hall visits, inspections, during construction whatever makes my clients feel comfortable during a process that is very exciting yet equally frustrating.
